KCC E&C won the Gyeongin Ara Waterway Incheon Terminal Logistics Center Construction contract employed by the Westwood PFV Co., Ltd. and concluded the subcontract on April 26. The total construction cost is 58.7 billion won with a construction period of 10 months. The building being constructed is a 5-story building with a 25,900 pyeong gross floor area and it is to be used as a logistics warehouse after completion. Because Gyeongin Ara Waterway has convenient access to Seoul and the metropolitan area by being connected to Incheon International Airport Expressway and 2nd Ring Expressway (Gimpo ~ Incheon section scheduled to open in March 2017), it is expected to be an excellent location for logistics centers.
