KCC E&C signed a contract for any construction work with Lotus PFV on April 18 by receiving an order for the construction of a new complex facility at Gwanhundong, Jongno-gu, Seoul. A building with thirteen stories above ground will be built on the site covering a total floor area of 13,715 pyeong. It will be used as a complex facility for hotels, neighborhood living facilities, and cultural facilities. The construction site is located within the Insa-dong cultural district and close to the central business district filled with government offices, embassies, and large size business facilities. In addition, the site is closed to Anguk Subway Station (Line 3) and Jongno-3ga Subway Station (Lines 1, 3, and 5), and is easy to access through Ujeonggukno, Yulgokno, and Jongno. The site has superior conditions of a location as a complex facility.
